Admission

We aim at attracting outstanding PhD students from in- and outside of Switzerland in the field of Quantum Computing and Quantum Technology and providing training at the forefront of research in this field.

Eligibility

Potentially successful candidates have to meet the following main criteria:

  • PhD position in one of our QCQT research groups
  • A research topic related to Quantum Computing and Quantum Technology
  • Convincing interest and motivation in Quantum Science

Admission Procedure

As a potential candidate for the PhD School you have to

submit the following documents to the PhD School’s program coordinator (thilo.glatzel@unibas.ch):

  • CV
  • Motivational Letter
  • working title of you PhD thesis

After acceptance please remember to indicate the PhD school on the doctoral agreement you have to submit to the university.
